Ohio Wesleyan University

Ohio Wesleyan University was established in 1842 and is now considered one of the most comprehensive liberal arts schools in the country. It is one of only 45 schools featured in Colleges That Change Lives and is ranked in the top 100 national liberal arts colleges by U.S. News & World Report.

Ohio Wesleyan’s goal is to provide every student with transformational experiences that will prepare them for the causes, careers, and graduate school opportunities they want to pursue. OWU students are uber-involved on the beautiful, historic, 200-acre campus in central Ohio, with more than 100 student clubs and organizations and 25 varsity sports teams. And students contribute more than 40,000 hours a year in volunteer service.

Employers covet OWU’s well-prepared graduates. In 2018, 96% of reporting graduates were employed and/or in graduate school within six months. Also, OWU was ranked #17 in Forbes’ list of America’s “Most Entrepreneurial” colleges. OWU’s new Career Connection program connects students with internship opportunities from Silicon Valley to the Mayo Clinic to New York arts world and Wall Street.
